In just 18 months, I went from a complete novice on track to becoming a Time Trial Champion—winning 7 out of 9 events in my division and finishing P2 in the remaining events. I don’t share this to brag or claim superiority, but to provide context for my journey and the path that led me here.
While strong driving results don’t automatically equate to great coaching, there are many areas where the two intersect. The ability to feel the car, use soft and subtle inputs, understand the value of vision, and adapt in real time to changing conditions all translate directly into how I teach. To date, my coaching has helped over eight drivers achieve personal best lap times in fewer than two sessions. I attribute that success not only to my guidance, but to drivers being willing to trust the process, apply the feedback, and—most importantly—believe in themselves. Faster lap times require commitment, intention, and the willingness to manage increased risk intelligently.
Much of my driving skill was developed through intuition, feel, and repetition. However, I credit nearly 90% of my success to simulator training. I am a huge proponent of sim racing because it allows drivers to push limits, make massive mistakes, and learn quickly—without the cost, risk, or consequences of damaging a real car. It accelerates learning in a way nothing else can.
Before entering the world of performance driving, my professional background was in strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and massage therapy. I worked with athletes at every level—from high school competitors to professionals, as well as dedicated “weekend warriors.” That career taught me how to truly develop an individual: how to assess where someone is, how they learn, how to communicate effectively, and how to meet them exactly where they are in their journey.
Coaching is in my blood. It’s my passion and my calling. I live to empower and inspire others—to help them build confidence, develop skill, and believe in what they’re capable of achieving, both on and off the track.
